Im back!!

I did sw for a long time and lost3stone but I got sick of eating potatoes pasta and quorn I do like meat but struggled making a meal on a red day. I know its now changed and you can eat both red and green but I found that judging portions was difficult and I think I tried every recipe in the book. So thinka a change will get me motivated. There used to be a recipe thread on here, can u still get recipes and thanks
