i'm back!

well girls i had a wicked birthday, i ate drank and was merry but i can honestly say that LT was on my mind and i'm looking forward to getting back on track tomorrow.
I loved socialising with my friends and family but what topped my weekend off was walking into next to get some new jeans and picking up two pairs of size 14's and them fitting perfectly..omg but i put them back as i want to reach my goal and that means they'll be to big for me soon lol. Hope you had a great weekend all i have to do now is weigh in on tuesday to see my damage

Ahhh i bet you won't have done that much damage and so what if you have hun! You enjoyed it and are getting back on it (it'll all be water anyway lol) and the best thing is you know that whatever has gone on will be gone after the first few days haha. I've gone back on it today after having had to come off it for a week so we'll be ketosing it together again lol xx

Hi Toni, glad you had a super birthday and now you have a super-slim future ahead with LT. I'm coming down to Tintagel in July for a week's holiday, self-catering, so I am hoping my healthy eating plan will be in full swing by then!!
