After too many weeks of problems and excuses Im back to finish what I started!
I was really ill a few weeks ago and wasnt able to keep up with my diet. It seem to take ages to get well and before I knew it Id returned to those oh so awful eating habits. Kind of shocked myself with my capacity to eat utter rubbish!
So Im properly ashamed of myself and my lack of self control.
Anyway Im seeing my cdc tomorrow, and I have learnt from my mistakes! At least I know what to expect now and can look forward to a positive result!
