hiya as you all know i posted a few days ago saying i gave up AGAIN! cos i passed out,well good news is i went to see my doctor and had a good going over and i'm fine i was a little dehydrated and over worked having 3 kids to look after,and a poorly husband,anyway it was a stress thing and i'm deffo ok to try one last time so help me out please.

OK this time WATER! WATER! WATER! You should make a point of getting 5 litres in every day for the first week. Also spread your shakes evenly throughout the day. I got major shakes and weakness at 5 pm every day for the first 5 days but it passed and now I feel fine. If you wait till you have the shakes to drink wateer it is too late. Start first thing in the morning and keep at it. Good Luck.

Best of luck....have you thought bout how you are going to make sure you get that water down...I got two two litre jugs and filled them up in the am and didnt go to bed till they were drank.....its easy to loose track or think you have drank more than you have....

thanx everyone well i've been and bought some bottled water(1.5l per bottle) today so 3 of them a day should be ok, and i'm going to the chemist for 9am tomorrow so i'm gonna get up n have some water then come back and make my first shake,so wish me luck hopefully my internet will be back on tomorrow 2 as i'm currently connected via my mobile phone and its not too good really.if not i'll pop on n let u know how day 1 went
