Attack im coming back,yay,tips for shopping list please?

right iv 2 days of attack and my big birthday is closer argh!!!

im due to give blood friday so will start dukan sat,as it always makes me ill for a couple of days.

my shopping list

skimmed milk
sugar free jelly
muller lights toffee n vanilla
tinned tuna
wafer thin low fat ham

anything else??? (mars bar??,im kidding,lol)

And eggs! Do you like seafood at all? I have developed a bit of an addiction to it since strting dukan.

I recently bought some turkey mince and it was surprisingly nice! Alot leaner than other mince. I would recommend tht.

Just make sure you have plenty of food so you aren't tempted to snack on other things! And as everyone will tell u eat plenty of it during attack! I think i have enough but always run out lol.

Also, Morrisons have excellent deal on muller yoghurts if you buy them seperately (that's where I get mine). Oh also no fat natural yoghurt is handy too.

might try a go at muffins this time,

can stand any,seafood,fish (only tuna)
turkey mince sounds worth a try.
