Hello everyone
After struggling through a week of Cambridge I have decided to move over to slim fast as I just can't handle the whole not eating thing (and the cost)! I like the feeling of having shakes as I don't feel bloated and too full so I'm going to stick with low cal ready meals as my main meal, at least for a week or two and see how I get on!
