I'm doing the Race For Life tomorrow

I signed up for the Race For Life because two female relatives of mine have recently survived cancer and I wanted to help.

But actually training for it as been like a race for life for me. It has got me fitter than I've been in a long while and has kick started my weight loss.

Just praying for dry skies tomorrow now

Im told it can be an emotional experience, people decorate the back of their shirts with 'Im running for....' or 'In memory of.....'

Also, you will be swept away with the atmosphere and finish much quicker than you expect to.
