I knew I would - I'm always the same - I get complacent, had Friday, saturday and Sunday off (still was low carb and I thought I made good choices) but now I can't stop thinking about food...
I think I'm gonna go back and to re-feed day 1 for the rest of the week.. I enjoyed following that plan last week and thought I'd try going back to just 3 shakes this week to try and limit the damage from the weekend..
