I'm finding it so hard!

    I have put on 3 pounds. I'm now 9.13. I have 13lbs to lose to get to goal. I just want to eat food. I need some motivation. Help!:cry:

    Hi Petra

    You are doing really well, why don't you SS+ or 810 for a while, you should still see good results and don't be thinking about food all the time! You are so close to your goal, don't give up now!
