I'm going to start CD in Jan!

I've decided to start CD in January. I'm just going to do it for a month and try and lose the last couple of pounds. We should start a challenge!

Hey. Best of luck with the diet. When I first started I was going to try it for 1 week and see how I got on. Now 10 months later, Im still on it, although having a break for xmas I think, and have lost over 6 stone so far. Let us know on here how you get on.
