Having 3 packets a day . I halve them so I'm having 6 small meals a day. At set times a day and my body is obviously happier . Cos I feel good.

Had a little wobble the other day thinking I wanted a Micky D. When hubby went to get himself one.
I couldn't understand why I nearly gave in. Then It dawned on me, I've only lasted about 3 to 4 weeks on other diets . And I had hit that time again. I think it was my head telling . Lol. Not my body!
But i worked through it and came out smiling.


Fingers crossed for another good week. Positive thoughts :D

Already got my next months supply :D

Well done! I'm just focusing on making it through the first week!
 
Well done! Keep at it :) I find its always around the 10day point where I start to stray from diets, only on day 3, but its not gona happen with this one!! Lol I hope not anyway, I think the fact that it costs so much will deter me from quitting.... :) And also I'm really looking forward to my first weigh-in next friday :-D

I like your idea/tip of splitting them to have 6 small meals a day.

I have just made my first order so hopefully I will be able to start on Wednesday. I am planning to do the simple solution - but I still like the idea of smaller amounts more often...
