:sign0144:Hi ya mine name is Joanne and i'm new to slimmingworld I thought I would start a diary so I could see where i'm going right or wrong! I'm 31 start weight is 13.3 1/2 :sigh: my weigh in day is on a monday! I alway take my dogs out for about 2 hours through the day thats about it for exercise feel free to add comments i need all the help i can get!
ok so here I go!
Tuesday:
Breakfast was just a Bananna 2
cups of tea with half and half
sugar 1 syn i think
(I dont really hungry in the morning)
Lunch: Jacket potato with tuna and
a bit of cheese about 3 syns
and salad
Tea: 2 frylight eggs bacon no fat
beans and tomato's
I love wine but had none tonight, instead I cleaned my house! also took the dogs out through the day about 2 hours altogether
Wednesday
breakfast: banana and 2 cups of tea
(half and half sugar) 1 syn
Lunch: scrambled eggs and beans
Tea: I made a lasagne with loads
of tomato's mushroons and
onions I used quark instead
of cheese sauce with a bit of
cheese on top, also loads of
salad. diet coke
Thurs
breakfast: 2 weetabix with milk so thats
my a and b choice 2 cups of
tea with sugar 1
Lunch Scrambled egg and beans
with tomatos 1 cup of tea 1
tea left over lasagne with salad
diet coke
Friday (this is where it all goes very wrong)
Breakfast banana 2 cups of tea 1 syn
Lunch jacket potato with beans diet
coke
Tea left over lasagne and diet coke
( i live on my own so left overs
go a long way lol)
Then I went to see my dad in his band where i stupidly drank 1 bottle of wine so im think its about 30 syns:cry:
Sat ( it gets worse are you ready!)
Breakfast 2 cups of tea ( had to go onto
discusting sweetners because
I clearly need my syns for wine)
no food too hungover
Lunch scrambled eggs toast (b choice)
2 low fat sausages 3 syns beans
and tomato's cup of tea
Tea turkey stir fry diet coke
and then a night out with mates god knows how many syns as the boys just kept bringing wine over on the plus side I only spent £3 lol
I really think i have put on this week :break_diet:

beacuse 1 i was hungover and 2 I was
going to the lakes with my mum and
dad for the day! so just had scrambled
eggs and beans and about 20 cups of
tea
Tea nados half a roast chicken chips
and rice diet coke ( god know
how many syns i love nandos
so if anyone knows the syns in
all that that would be great!)
Monday weigh in day
I have lost 5lb this week i Cant belive it how the heck did that happen
, more night out with the boys i say!
