    :sign0144:Hi ya mine name is Joanne and i'm new to slimmingworld I thought I would start a diary so I could see where i'm going right or wrong! I'm 31 start weight is 13.3 1/2 :sigh: my weigh in day is on a monday! I alway take my dogs out for about 2 hours through the day thats about it for exercise feel free to add comments i need all the help i can get!
    ok so here I go!

    Tuesday:
    Breakfast was just a Bananna 2
    cups of tea with half and half
    sugar 1 syn i think
    (I dont really hungry in the morning)


    Lunch: Jacket potato with tuna and
    a bit of cheese about 3 syns
    and salad

    Tea: 2 frylight eggs bacon no fat
    beans and tomato's
    I love wine but had none tonight, instead I cleaned my house! also took the dogs out through the day about 2 hours altogether



    Wednesday
    breakfast: banana and 2 cups of tea
    (half and half sugar) 1 syn


    Lunch: scrambled eggs and beans


    Tea: I made a lasagne with loads
    of tomato's mushroons and
    onions I used quark instead
    of cheese sauce with a bit of
    cheese on top, also loads of
    salad. diet coke


    Thurs
    breakfast: 2 weetabix with milk so thats
    my a and b choice 2 cups of
    tea with sugar 1


    Lunch Scrambled egg and beans
    with tomatos 1 cup of tea 1

    tea left over lasagne with salad
    diet coke


    Friday (this is where it all goes very wrong)


    Breakfast banana 2 cups of tea 1 syn


    Lunch jacket potato with beans diet
    coke

    Tea left over lasagne and diet coke
    ( i live on my own so left overs
    go a long way lol)

    Then I went to see my dad in his band where i stupidly drank 1 bottle of wine so im think its about 30 syns:cry:


    Sat ( it gets worse are you ready!)
    Breakfast 2 cups of tea ( had to go onto
    discusting sweetners because
    I clearly need my syns for wine)
    no food too hungover

    Lunch scrambled eggs toast (b choice)
    2 low fat sausages 3 syns beans
    and tomato's cup of tea

    Tea turkey stir fry diet coke


    and then a night out with mates god knows how many syns as the boys just kept bringing wine over on the plus side I only spent £3 lol
    I really think i have put on this week :break_diet:

    Sunday
    Brakfast/lunch I had a brunch today
    beacuse 1 i was hungover and 2 I was
    going to the lakes with my mum and
    dad for the day! so just had scrambled
    eggs and beans and about 20 cups of
    tea

    Tea nados half a roast chicken chips
    and rice diet coke ( god know
    how many syns i love nandos
    so if anyone knows the syns in
    all that that would be great!)



    Monday weigh in day
    I have lost 5lb this week i Cant belive it how the heck did that happen:eek:, more night out with the boys i say!;)

    Tues Breakfast: banana 2 cups of tea

    lunch : Jacket potato beans

    Tea: mixed veg with mince meat
    potatos and gravy made with oxo

    then I blew it by having a 3 large glasses of wine not sure of the syns

    wed breakfast porrage b choice 2 cups of tea

    lunch: scrambled eggs with bacon

    Tea: made lasagne again diet coke

    thurs breakfast: banana 2 cups of tea

    lunch: egg sw b choice for bread

    Tea: lasagne and jacket potato.
    1 large glass of wine ? syns

    Friday breakfast: porrage 2 cups of tea

    lunch : jacket potato tuna and salad

    tea: lasagne with salad again!
    3 large glasses of wine??? I've no idea why i have wanted wine all week I have defo blown it this week! I'm not looking forward to wi on monday, going to be really good for the next 2 days!

    Sat breakfast: banana 2 cups of tea

    lunch: 2 poached eggs 2 bacon (no fat)
    beans and tomato's cup of tea

    Tea: lasagne and jacket potato
    no wine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    sunday breakfast: banana cup of tea

    lunch; 2 poached eggs bacon beans
    cup of tea

    tea: last of the lasagne with salad.

    Hello j0j0 and welcome to the minimims board. Can I just say, it is lovely to see another lass who drinks wine. I can tell you that a bottle is 25.5 syns and a large glass (250ml) is 8.5. A 175ml glass is 6. ALL my syns (and then some) every week go on wine (sometimes and vodka :ashamed0005:) I'd really like to get to the point where I can have the odd packet of crisps in a week as currently I can't even consider using my syns for anything else.

    I kept up the boozing with the boys and in the first 4 weeks I lost a stone!! The last 2 weeks I've stayed the same and I have a sneaky feeling that it's down to the wine as I'm pretty good (I think) on the food front.....time to maybe rethink a few of those nights out :sigh:

    Anyway - good luck and I look forward to hearing about your progress - WELL DONE so far!!

    Thanks loumoo 25.5 is not so bad if i save loads of syns for wine, my sister thought wine was about 35 a bottle, but i will count it as 25.5.
    well I was right I did blow it 1 1/2 on!!!!! what a idiot, oh well I,m right on it now! i'm made a cock au van in my slow cooker so that will last me 3 days and my best pal is coming over from leeds in 2 weeks so going to stay of the wine till then. i'll start my diary tomorrow I think this diet is all about being organised and i'm going to be. big loss next week fingers crossed!!!

    Tues
    breakfast - Banana 2 cups of tea milk (a)
    Lunch - beans on toast cup of tea bread (B)
    Tea - cock au van loads of onions mushrooms
    peas and sweetcorn, sauce mix about and
    tomato puree 4syns i think
    Snacks- none just loads of cups of tea with (A)
    choice of milk. 1 cup had sugar 1 syn
    (No wine yay)
    exercise football with my dogs or me kicking a ball about and them doing there own thing but its all good exercise.

    5 syns today I think

    i'm working 3 till 10 tomorrow so loads of time in the day do get organised and take the dogs out you know its going to rain but its all part of the fun!

    wed (in work 3 till 10)

    Breakfast:banana 2 cups of tea milk from a choice
    Lunch: scrambled eggs and beans
    Tea : pasta and sauce with turkey
    Extras: 3 triangles of sandwiches from work I couldn't stop myself Dont know the syns bad move!

    Thursday (in work 3 till 10)
    Breakfast: 2 cups of tea was't hungry
    Lunch: beans and tomatos
    Tea: pasta and sauce with turkey
    b choice i'm at work again so made a whomeal tuna sandwich to stop my self pinching the sandwiched at work.
    but it did not stop me eating 1 fried egg 2syns
    2 bacon free 1 sausage 5 syns
    ( I'm like a eating machine i cant stop my self )

    Friday (day off IT ALL GOES WRONG AGAIN)

    Breakfast: 2 cups of tea
    Lunch : jacket potato with chilli butter 2 syns(ate out with my pal)
    Friday: Cavery with my family for my mums birthday, gammon, beef, loads of veg 4 roast potatos(dont know the syns also all the gravy icecream and birthday cake)

    Saturday (Day off)

    Breakfast: 2 cups of tea beans on toast
    Lunch: salad with chicken
    tea:home made egg fried rice, sweetcorn, seafood mix loads of onions mushrooms.
    extras Stupid bottle of red wine (25.5 syns)

    sunday (in work 8 till 3)

    breakfast : 2x whomeal toast butter (2 syns)
    Lunch: pasta sauce with turkey loads of veg
    Tea roast lamb dinner at mums Not sure of the syns prob a lot as we had some left over birthday cake!
    No wine though!
    Exercise, not done enough this week concidering how much i have ate, but took the dogs out every day for atleast a 1 hour, done loads of cleaning and working in a care home is quite good exercise.

    sould have weigh in today, but i'm at work :( but i can go to one on thurs, but to be honest i'm really skint and thinking about just doing it on my own, i weight my self on the wii and i've only lost 1lb this week so lets face it i'm not doing brill by going to class any way! i'll see how i go this week!

    ok getting weighed tomorrow but i have blown it again not had my head right or organised my self, so will start again tomorrow and do it this time!

    Well I have been weighed and I have stayed the same so its not so bad.
    Today I was off so thought i would get organised as i'm working 12 til 10 2moz so need to take my meals to work.
    at class today I bought some hifi bars choc orange and mince pie, cos i really struggle with breakfast and haven't wanted to eat anything until 3 in the afternoon really, but going to get my head round it.

    Breakfast (woke up at 10am) just had a cup of tea milk hex
    Lunch omelett with ham cup of tea
    Tea stewing steak with mash loads of veg i cooked in
    my slow cooker
    Snax hot choc 2 syns curlywurly 6 i think

    Syns for today 8 ish
    exercise took dogs out 2 times for about 1 1/2 hours then
    walked around asda for what felt like 2 hours as
    they have moved everything around so I couldn't
    find anything

    I've got turkey stroginoff in the slow cooker for tomorrow
    so planning ahead is working so far! and going to havea hifi bar for breakfast.

    Just a few things - if ya dont mind me saying :D

    Are you doing Red, Green or EE, its not clear. If red/green are you having 2 hexa & b, 1 on EE?

    You really need to work out what the syns are instead of guessing - i used to guess and ended up getting them really wrong! If you use the Syn Value thread and search for things using the search function. Its really helpful!

    Hope you dont mind me popping on here! :)
