    hello
    i am back on my rosemary conley after loosing 2 stone with cambridge and trying to get back on it for about 9 month at 40 a week its not a cheap diet so thats me off it and back to doing a sensible diet im not fussed about the slower weight loss now i just want to re program my eating habits, so as i dont have a class near me i joined on line and i go to my local gym for classes.
    im going to weigh myself on a monday.

    Welcome to RC. If you go to rctv you will find a section there of online slimmers, how it works and i also belive ther is a success story on there.

    As you rightly pointed out its a lifestyle change, and something you need to adjust for all your life, not just for a few months.

    Good luck, you sound really positive and thats always a good thing :)
