Hello!!

This is my first time on here and I have loved what you have all said and being so positive!!

Me and my fiance are getting married in December and we are taking up CS- (this Friday!). But we are not sure on a couple of things so I was wondering if you can help!!

We have a 21 birthday party next weekend and we would both like to have a drink with the birthday girl is this possible??

Congratulations on getting engaged!

You're not supposed to drink alcohol on CS and if you do stick to vodka as its low on carbs!

However everyone has the occasional day off so just enjoy yourself but make sure you drink tons of water the next day to flush out your system.
