im putting on weight yet stuck to points :(

so i know dieter sin...ive weighed myself mid week... but im putting on weight. something im doing this week is going wrong for me. Ive stuck to my points (most days below) ive not had the 49 extra points. just dont get it. weigh in day next wednesday really want a loss not a gain :( help!!!
 
hey, just a thought but maybe you're not eating enough? I find that when I eat less I stay the same or put on?! Especially if I've done excercise.

Also are you weighing at the same time you would go to weigh in? Because if not that can have a big impact, just because of the time of day.

Don't be too down on yourself its the long term that matters!
 
yes weigh im myself on a wednesday morning as im doing the plan online rather than a class. ill cross my fingers and hope it goes away x
