omg same here... heating has been on constantly since i started this diet!
gonna cost a fortune when next bill comes in...
about to make a cuppa to see if i can warm myself up from the inside!!!!

The amount of coffee I'm drinking to keep warm is unbelievable. I have big fluffy socks on, but feet are still like ice. And my fingers are like those mini milk ice lollies lol!

Same here! Felt freezing at work too. Having a nice hot cup of green tea to warm me up. Big cardi on and am going to find my slippers in a mo!

big freeze happening here too, feels like I'm living in an igloo. I am out at dance class tonight so I'll hopefully warm up then, if not hot bath for me before bed. I can't get to sleep if I'm cold

I make half hot and half cold summer berry drink, keeps my hands warm and can be drunk instantly with a central warmth.
I hate being cold, roll on the summer.

Me too! But, it IS cold outside. We had snow on the beach in Cornwall! I have to keep nipping off for boiling hot showers.
