Mmmmmmmmmm, I'd have to say .......

starter - salmon and prawn cocktail
main - crispy duck
dessert - baked chocolate ripple cheesecake with toffee ice cream

I made 2 of these cheesecakes over the Christmas period - OMG are they yummy!!!!! I have promised my youngest 2 I will make them one each for their birthday meals next month!!!!!! I've put on half a stone just thinking about them!!!!!!!
