I'm so tempted to switch from Lighterlife to Cambridge

Just to add that I had bars in the first week as I was in a really strong ketosis when I started CD. If, CC you are already in ketosis, it shouldn't be a problem to have bars straight away- then again checking this with a CDC would be the best plan. Hope that helps :D
 
My CDC gave me bars from week 1, I guess it depends who you get. But if you explain you have been doing LL then I don't see why they won't give you bars, as the reason for not having them (slower to get to ketosis) is no longer relevant. I would discuss it with her, and explain your situation.
