If you are in ketosis, then the only "hunger" you feel should be emotional or psychological. Just keep drinking that water to get the nasty tinny taste out of your mouth!
I did that once, and from that day on I stopped bringing any packs to work and saved them all for the evenings. just worked better for me that way! For more then half the diet I didn't have my first pack until about 6pm. I expected to be famished and I wasn't - yay! Gotta love ketosis!

As said - glug glug glug that water! Hang tough! :)
