    It's my first day back at work after 10 days off.... and I've only gone and left all my foodpacks at home!! :sigh: I am armed with only water!!

    If you are in ketosis, then the only "hunger" you feel should be emotional or psychological. Just keep drinking that water to get the nasty tinny taste out of your mouth!

    I did that once, and from that day on I stopped bringing any packs to work and saved them all for the evenings. just worked better for me that way! For more then half the diet I didn't have my first pack until about 6pm. I expected to be famished and I wasn't - yay! Gotta love ketosis!

    As said - glug glug glug that water! Hang tough! :)
