I'm starting tomorrow!



And to be honest I'm terrified, worried that I won't be able to do it, that I'm being unfair on the kids starting in the school hols, worried that it won't work - can you tell I'm a worrier.

Any tips and advice for me please?

I've got a couple of most flavours and a couple of soups to try, oh and some chocolate velvet cartons. I've heard the soups arent that nice, is that right?

Well i don't like the soups much , but just drink them its a meal and only last 10 mins and its over lol. I like choc and walnut best . Its best to just start and then deal with each of your feelings as they come and keep busy no time to think , i have failed to many times so started again today but doing ultra slim as pennies are tight for now but will return to CD asp , keep posting here and reading on here to move you on more ! good luck
Hey honey, how can you be being unfair on the kids, when they will benefit in the long run with a happy healthy mum.
My little boy always has a sip of mine especially if its choc mint.
I was very nervous before starting and though it was impossible and not right to not eat "proper" food, but hey it works and its not forever,
You can still have a life and fit in with everything going on around you.

I suppose with it being the school holidays, the kids want to go out places most days and I'm worried I'll be tempted to cheat if they're having a picnic, ice cream etc and I can't. But I'm sure I'll get through it!

I had worries at first and was sooo nervous to start but a week in i am 10lbs lighter and have found CD fine. The first few days are hard with cravings and thoughts of food running through your head but when you get on the scales and see the lbs are going down almost daily then you will see it is all worth it!!

you will be fine!!

i love strawberry, banana and fruits of the forest shakes which i make into a mousse for brekki and then i have a banana bliss for lunch and then chicken and muchroom soup for dinner which is really nice!

you will get used to it and you will do well!!!
