Hi All
For some strange reason the past few days including today i'm absolutely starving!!!
I can't understand it, nothing has changed. I'm drinking my regular 5+ litres of water and TOTM is over a week away (sometimes this affects me but only a day before).
My food cravings before have always been fruit and veg etc not to mention what i would do for a chicken salad but now i want stodge! I'm in week 6 now so why?
Any Ideas?
