I'm struggling :0(

I am now on week 4. Have WI on thursday.

Just can't seem to follow this all the time. 4 days im perfect the other 3 i just screw up! I work nights which doesnt help as it makes me want to binge the next day, I kinda feel like i've been out on town all night and crave pizza and chips etc, but I can't as its my job!

I do only have 3 weeks left on nights, but i've got a long weekend away for a hen do, and a week at center parcs, and a wedding and a 30th anniversary all in one month too!

I dont want to give up, but i feel like i am failing myself!

you just have to plan for these things hun, save points from other days or do more exercise to earn activity points that way you can enjoy whatever partys you have to go too in the month xx
