Im very pleased with myself today x

Hi everyone

Im a happy bunny today for two reasons really ...... Firstly I went jogging this morning and jogged for about 3 miles without stopping ... i have been following a program but this time last year, I was getting out of breath going up the stairs!!!

Also I went to Asda and tried on a lovely top that I had seen ..... and it fitted!!! In a size 14!!! I cant believe it .... when i started SW in July ... I was squeezing myself into a size 22 probably should have been in a 24 but i was in denial!!!

In fact the last time I was wearing a size 14 ... I was 18 years of age!!! OMG!! I should have done SW years ago!!
