Hello,

This is my first time on this site. I am hoping that by keeping a diary on here will motivate me!

I had a baby boy 10 months ago and I have managed to get down from 14st 10 to 12st 6 since then by using fitness pal app.

I have stopped dieting over the last 3 or so months due to various reasons and i need a kick up the bum to get the final 2 stone off.

I am 5ft 7 and I would like to be 10 stone 7.

Thats my goal!!

I have started on slim fast today. Wish me luck!!

Okay so today I have had shake for breakfast, banana mid morning, shake for lunch, slim fast bbq tortillas snack, slim fast chocolate snack and then chicken curry (617 cals) for dinner.

Must admit now my son is in bed i feel STARVING!!
