I'm Hayley, also in Team 7 Butterflies.

I am 4 weeks in, have lost 22lbs and am feeling good with it. Had the most horrendous two weeks to start with (took me longer to get into ketosis properly cause I'm tall and I was just on sole source. Had to switch to sole source plus), but now in the full swing of it. Weirdly, not missing food at all, and have my eyes on the prize.

The only problem is, I still have 4 stone to go! I keep telling myself that by the summer I should have shifted it, but I want it off now! It's weird. Losing 22lbs, I keep expecting to be able to fit into skinny clothes and stuff, and then I get bumped back into the real world when I can't get into a size sixteen!

Anyone else ever felt like that? Or do I have a freakishly positive self image?

I know how you feel! I'm 4 weeks in now but it feels like it's been forever and I kind of just want it to be over with. I've noticed the weight come off but it doesn't seem like it's a third of my overall target at all, I just want to be able to fit into my size 8-10 jeans asap!
22lbs in 4 weeks is amazing and hopefully the time will pass really quickly and you'll be at your target in no time; good luck! :)
