dark chocolate options is great, just 1.5 syns and always fills me up!
 
I would try and get passed it by eating fruit which has natural sugars, if you give your body manufactured sugary stuff, its going to keep wanting more and haveing options etc its just chemical alley to me anyway. You will find if you keep away from sugary stuff for a couple of days the craveing does go away and its easier to stick to plan.
 
Oh yes one more thing, you might find you turn into the green eyed monster for a couple of days and loose all your friends cos your temper is out of control but thats just the sugars sorting themselves out lol. You will feel better in the long run though.
