Ok so I know the ketostix are not all that reliable, but for the past 3 days I have been 100% but the scales are actually showing a gain ( im only in my 2nd week, so surely wouldn't gain?!?) I feel like I'm on day 3/4 really sluggish and tired, although not hungry. Is this normal? Could I be going jn and out of ketosis quickly, like within a day? I know I shouldn't go on the scales every day, and I didn't in my first week, I am just getting very confused by my body!!!
