Induction In my first week and need some advise

Hi all I am currently on my 3 rd day to the Atkins diet so far doing really well. How ever tomorrow I am meant to be going out for a indian with my family for my mums birthday. Is there anything I can eat from there? Or am I best just to go and not eat? Please help me
 
You'll be fine with an Indian, just go for dry meats with salad - so a tandoori mixed grill, or tandoori or tikka chicken or lamb (dry with no sauce) ate good options. If you get a salad go easy on onion and tomato.

Make sure you avoid rice, paratha etc.

I'd probably recommend keeping carbs low for the rest of the day just in case there's something in the marinade but I've had tandoori meat before with no problems.
 
yes the Indian Mixed Grill is really really yummy too, you wont feel at all deprived!!
