What are some good exercises I can do that target that disgusting post-baby lower belly flab? It's horrible and needs to go away, pronto. Also, what are some other good exercises I can do that obliterate my thunder thighs and that repulsive "taxi-cab", saggy fat under my arm, near my arm-pit into nice toned thighs/arms, that don't have a gag reflex on people when I wear shorts, skirts or tank tops? These are my "trouble" areas, and I really want to do something about them. ASAP!
