In need if "flab-be-gone!"

What are some good exercises I can do that target that disgusting post-baby lower belly flab? It's horrible and needs to go away, pronto. Also, what are some other good exercises I can do that obliterate my thunder thighs and that repulsive "taxi-cab", saggy fat under my arm, near my arm-pit into nice toned thighs/arms, that don't have a gag reflex on people when I wear shorts, skirts or tank tops? These are my "trouble" areas, and I really want to do something about them. ASAP!

you can't make yourself lose weight in particular areas first... just keep losing weight in general. if its saggy skin its likely to be there no matter what you do.


to tone and define muscles:

bingo wings: tricep extensions

legs: squats, lunges, running, crosstrainer or simply walking

Do you know the plank exercise Ms Lilah? This is an amazing exercise for your tummy area. Try and hold for as long as you can twice a day and keep increasing the time. I've been doing this (amongst other exercises) and have lost 5cm round my waist in the last month. Do you know how to do tricep exercises? Use a chair and dip up and down using your arms to rest on the chair - actually too difficult to describe!
