Not sure why It has finally clicked after over 18,months of trying but I am there.
Ist week of 100% S/S done and 6lbs down, not a big loss but still a loss.
I feel much more confident this time,I feel great, I am not hungry and I am not tempted by others eating. This time I will do it.

sometimes thats all it takes, but once it does click theres no stopping you! i'm sure you can do it, good luck, 6lb is a great loss, i'm sure there are many more to come xxx
