INCENTIVE TO LOSE...

Have decided I need an incentive to lose this excess 8+ stone, and what I would really like is I-Pad, so for every pound I lose I am going to put £1 in a tin as savings and then once I get to my target of 10st I should have approx £120 saved and hopefully my parents and my hubby will pitch in with the balance as a reward for losing all the weight....xxxx

I think this is an excellent idea. The visceral act of physically placing a pound in a tin for every pound of weight lost should give you a real sense of achievement and a good notion of your progress.

This is a fab idea - when I get to target I am going to cut my hair off! (not all of it though ha - just into a bob!) Something to look forward to really helps! Good luck x x
