Increased appetite

I have been on a diet since roughly February, lost 2.5 stones in about 2 months.
But in the last month or so I have been struggling. My appetite seems to really be stepped up. I have been craving meat a lot and my will power is failing, I'm finding I am going to less healthy options to satisfy it.
I'm not normally one for red meat but I keep buying burgers. And I'm thinking of the next meal too early and then being hungry late at night.
I need to get my appetite back in control. Has anyone got any suggests to stop me getting hungry in the first place?
I want to start doing exercise again but I think that will exacerbate the problem.

I would do the exercise and then eat lots of lean protein with my meals - chicken breasts, home-made burgers made with 5% fat beef, etc. Hard-boiled eggs are great if you're hungry as are oranges and apples. You can eat - just watch out that you're not filling up with rubbish.
