Hope this is Dukan friendly....

4 chicken breasts
1 onion chopped finely
1 tsp chilling powder
1tsp garam masala
1tsp black pepper
1tsp ground tumeric
1 cinamon stick, or powdered cinamon
1 tsp pulped ginger
3 cloves garlic
2 tblsp water
3 small pots zero fat natural yoghurt

Boil chicken until tender
Fry onions in a little water in a non stick pan
Cut chicken into bite size pieces

Put chicken and yoghurt in non stick pan (no oil), add all other ingredients until cooked, depending on prefered consistency add a little water.

Can be cooked with a small squeeze of tomato puree if prefered.

Ideal served with a boiled egg and glass of water.

Spice quantities can be reduced/increased to taste.
