Hmmm not sure to be honest! Dont think it can be that bad considering CTM is covered in sauce and "only" 14.5 syns. Surely it cant be that bad.

when i had chicken tikka from the indian my consultant said it would be free

It can be a bit oily I find so would be tempted to call it 5 or 6 to be safe. Not bad for a meal out!!

It depends how they make the chicken tikka. Don't know if the yogurt they use is fat free either? Best to syn it just incase.

Based on this info below its 1 1/2 syns on EE per 100g but you cant guarantee how much oil they do or dont use. Its deffo the lowest fat option though isnt it :)
