Indian - Murgi Masala

Hi all, I can find this one the forum and was wondering if i had this in a restaurant on EE, how many syns should i count.

Description - Murgi Masala
Breast of chicken cooked off the bone in a medium spiced sauce (think it is tomato based but not really saucy) with minced lamb, ground nutmeg, cinnamon, coriandar.

I found the receipe online and it doesnt seem to bad

1 3-pound chicken, cut into 8 to 10 pieces and skinned with skin
1-1/2 cups finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons grated or crushed fresh ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1-1/2 pounds ripe tomatoes, puréed
Coarse salt
1 cup water
2 teaspoons ground toasted cumin seeds or Garam Masala
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro leaves and tender stems
 
Doesn't sound too bad but unfortunately lots of restaurants cook with lots and lots of oil! They may not remove all visible fat from the chicken either - that's where the syns come from!
