Can anyone give me an idea of a typical diet plan on atkins? Im waiting for the book and cant see an idea snywhere? Just so i can start something xx

Best to wait for the book so you don't waste your time by making unforeseen mistakes - but have a look at 'so you're thinking of starting Atkins' in the sticky section. Many of the stickies here are very useful.
