Info needed about 810 plan

Hi

I am going to Scotland for a week and plan on going up to the 810 plan as I will be quite active, but am a bit vague on what can be eaten. My CDC just said protein and veg, and the web site doesn't have much information.

Are there any strict rules? Is it only the same protein foods as SS+. I really don't want to ruin the diet accidentally, when I have such good intentions.

Thanks for any help

Hey
Its the same as ss+ but you can have a bit more of the protein and an extra handful off the veg..
Do you have your leaflet with all the details in. If not let me know and I will add the amounts for you!
Good luck x
