Hi. I'm currently following SW and seem to be stuck in a rut and thinking of a change. Could someone please tell me about pro points. How many points your allowed and how it all works. I'm 5'4 and currently 11.6. Thanks
 
Hi Yuum . At your weight you would have minimum points of 29 dailies . then you are also allowed 49 weeklies that you can have for treats ,nights out whatever. I must say I have found it easy to follow . Of course you still have to eat healthily but fruit is also free so you wont be hungry .. I believe its loosely based on a GI system so things that are high in fat and sugar are high points . Think about it .
 
Thanks I used to follow WW years ago. Do you still have to measure and weigh all your food or is there more freedom with it.
 
Yes you would still have to weigh and measure but they do give you some handy visual guides as well . Its all a habit really .the scales is on my kitchen counter and I just weigh anything im not sure about. :D
