inkie well done honey just by reading your journal I've had a lightbulb moment. I think I was focusing on the big number weight loss a bit too much. I had forgotten my fav saying that a Loss is a Loss no matter what it is! I am now going to focus on "just losing" doesn't matter about the number x x x
