Insanity??? Has anyone tried it/thought about it??

I hate it because of how hard it is. I love what it's doing to mg body. It's a love hate relationship.

I know a guy who done this and the results were amazing, he did say it was really hard going and harder than a gym workout but his results were enough to make me order the dvds lol

I'm just finishing up, got the last couple of workouts to go. It is amazing, really hard work but my fitness has shot through the roof. Month one, week one my appetite was huge and I felt very tired, this also happened month two, week one. My upper body strength has amazed me, core strength too. My legs were already pretty strong from running. I do recommend a reasonable level of fitness to start with, like being able to do push ups and cardio, other than that 'dig deep' and have fun! I plan to do 'rushfit' next then another round of insanity, alongside running. Oh, if it helps, the machines behind Shaun T are all dancers, fitness instructors, marathon runners etc and they struggle to keep up!
