Hello! :)

I guess first of all I will introduce myself.... I am 21 years old, currently at University (Yep, I'm one of those students!!) and I'm writing this diary in the hope that I won't give up & un-do my (4 days worth!) of hard work :p

Well I only joined SW on Monday morning & have since found it quite difficult :( I love that I am now eating lots of fruit & veg and feeling healthier... but I have a problem of feeling guilty every time I use a syn!! (I know I should use them all! Naughty me!)

I've been really good so far... no mishaps yet... although I have friends coming over tonight who are intent on ordering a takeaway!!! Am I really going to sit and have my jacket potato...... time will tell!! :p

Anyway, I will use this diary to blog my hopeful weight changes and who knows maybe this way, I will keep feeling motivated!! Now wheres my fitness dvd..... :)

I've just weighed myself (yes ok bad to weigh after meal!!)
and it is exactly half a pound more than my starting weight four days ago... :/

i couldn't have breakfast this morning (Massive rush)
Grapes as a snack
Quorn sausage and mash for lunch
Watermelon as snack
Boiled potatos and Quorn burger for tea

Hmmm :( I haven't had any syns today at all because I fill myself up with fruit when I'm hungry and I don't really crave chocolate/crisps etc anyway...

Any advice would be very welcome, thank you :)

Don't weigh yourself everyday. I know its hard, but that could be water weight as well. Just do the best you can, and stick to the plan. Weigh yourself once a week. And if you cannot wait for that day, make sure not to get upset if the scale says you gained.

Also everyone weighs more at night time than in the morning so maybe that's why, and yeh try not to weigh ureself at home just wait till group :0)
Thankyou for your help! :) I think I just needed a bit of reassurance maybe! Anyway today is a new day and I will keep going and see what my weigh in on Monday brings!

Breakfast: Shape yogurt and grapes
Snack: cereal
Lunch: Jacket potato and cheese
Snack: watermelon
Dinner: Boiled potatos and quorn sausages

Yeah have to agree with the girls, plus remember that you have different scales to those used in your WI class, so you really need to see what happens on monday before you start to panic, good luck and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you over the weekend. x
