Gosh, green day meals are a plenty! Some of my favourites are:

- Pasta bake
- Red lentil bolognese
- Quorn chilli
- Mushy pea curry
- SW pizza and chips
- Quorn shepherds pie
- Stir Fry

If you take a look in the recipes sub-forum you should find a load! Or try searching for "green day recipes", something should come up - there are so many.
