Intermittent fasters rollcall

Gonna try 6:1 to start with, with 500, 2200, 1800, 1800, 1500,1600, 1300 each week (not in that order)

If i can do 6:1 will try 5:2

find it difficult to fast as much as 5:2, i find it very stressful - success so far with week long fasts and weeks of eating quite a bit...

so really want to incorporate within each week, caloric cycling this year

Crikey! I have had an horrendous year and had fallen off every wagon I had ever climbed on to. Today I got a Minimins email, thought oh yes, must get back on there, googled the name and saw that it had closed :(

I am so happy to see it is back. I enjoyed chatting here, even in its quietest moments :)
 
I have a little bit of Christmas damage. Hard to tell how bad as scales are a bit hit and miss but tummy looks bigger! Back to business.
