Internal bubbles!!!!!

Hi All

3 days in to 100% and am stuck at my desk in work and feeling rather 'windy' but can't seem to get the 'bubbles' out!!!
Any ideas to get rid of them

Yeah I think most of us on TS have a week or so if volcanic stomachs .... Kept me awake for a while ...,, it passes eventually altho not necessarily out if ya get me ....,.,due to vitamins I think ??!!

I thought it was just me!! My tummy bubbles away all day long!!

I know it's awful ! I remember being freaked out by it in my first week .... Even now odd days it comes back !! Xx

It does pass! I remember those days, kind of funny now to look back but not at the time. Sympathies for you as when you are in company it's hard to deal with.

My tummy gurgles like crazy and the wind is like nothing i have had before.

Only 5 days in so I am hoping it will pass soon once my stomach gets used to the products!
