I have been unable to find a SW intro thread. I have started SW 2 weeks ago and lost 6lbs so far. I am a midwife working shifts so am currently using online membership. I am 17 stone and 5 ft 3 so a long way to go. I am usually active but a rta in August has meant exercise has been replaced with physio so expecting sts or slow losses for a bit. Hopefully back to exercise by mid nov.
I was wondering if any one makes milkshakes? Considering trying quark, sw free ice cream or ice with milk blended (HEA or synned as appropriate) perhaps with highlights etc. If I eat cheese as a HA i have a tendancy to want more and dont drink milk on its own (texture thing) but need to up my calcium
