Hi,
After reading through your Sticky with all the pics of how you can use your packs on S&S I have decided it looks great and am going to give it a go! I have a lot to lose and a recent pregnancy (had a miscarriage) has reminded me that I really want to lose as much as I can before I get pregnant, and I should prioritise this as it could happen anyday!
I'm off on holiday tomorrow for a couple of weeks but have placed a S&S order full of samples to give everything a try and will get started the day I get back from hol - fresh start and all that!
I've done VLCDs (LL and CD) in the past but found the lack of chewable food too difficult, and the bars weren't v. nice in my opinion. Am hoping S&S is the VLCD I've been waiting for! Can't believe I didn't hear about it sooner.
Am looking forward to joining you in a few weeks time
