This has just come up on my groups FB page, that the iPhone app syns checker reverts to a Green day plan sometimes, so you need to change the plan day if checking meat etc.

I noticed this yesterday when I was checking a new brand of tinned mackerel in tomato sauce and nearly had a heart attack when it said it was 10 syns!

Our consultant posted on FB that not all ham was free with a screen shot! I nearly passed out!
