I have had the tablets for about two weeks now but have just started them today anyway here goes
Day 1:
Breakfast: Rice Krispies and coffee
Lunch: salad of mixed leaves,tomato,cucumber, beetroot and cottage cheese
Snack: low fat yog and an apple
Dinner: same as lunch.
Oh also been drinking water
