i try 2 drink 4-6 litres,a day, the 4pints is the least that should be drunk, but i think ull find most people on here will recommend alot more. Like spooky said average is 3, so aim higher. x

I have been drinking roughly 4l a day. thought it would be hard as i don't drink anywhere near that amount but i have found it really easy and find myself actually craving it and being really thirsty!

I am drinking 3 litres a day and generally stop about 90 mins before bed...otherwise I am peeing every hour on the hour during the night lol.
